What is included in the rent?
Fully furnished units with all utilities included – power, water, trash, sewer, high speed wireless internet, premium cable tv, parking. Our fully furnished units have all furnishings you need as well as luxury linens, kitchenware and an in-unit, full size washer and dryer. You only need to bring your suitcase.
How long are the lease terms?
We offer flexible lease terms as short as one month. We also honor the discounted annual rent for month to month stays.
Is parking available?
One parking space is included in the price of the rent for every floorplan.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at TENTEN and there is NO MONTHLY pet rent. Pet deposit is still required. We also have a rooftop, fully secured dog park.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes we required security deposits for all leases.
Are there laundry facilities on site?
There are full size, in-unit washer and dryers available in all of our floorplans.
Is there an application fee?
There is no application fee required.
What are the amenities?
Our tenants have access to two five star rooftops with over 2.5 acres of stunning amenities including, multiple gyms, steam rooms, saunas, pools, spas, bbq areas, outdoor games and firepits. At TENTEN Downtown we have the largest rooftop in North America.
